How can I earn cashback via Cashbenzo.com?

Simple, just follow the easy steps below to earn cashback:
1. Login to Cashbenzo.com website
2. Search for the retailer you want to shop on
3. Click-out to their website by clicking on "Get Coupon" or "Get Deal" button
4. Shop and pay on the retailer's site like younormally do
5. Retailer now pays us a commission for thissale. We pass that to you as 'Cashback'. Initially your cashback remains in'Pending' status. Once the return period of your product is over, retailer paysus in the next monthly payment cycle. Your cashback then becomes 'Confirmed'
6. When you have earned a minimum of Rs.250 asApproved Cashback, we can pay the money to your Indian bank account via NEFT (forfree)
or by transfer to any of your e wallet accounton Paytm, Mobikwik and Freecharge.

 

Can I use coupon along with cashback?

Yes, for many of our retailers we have cashback offers and coupons both.Most retailers pay the same cashback rate if you use a coupon code along withit. However, some retailers might pay a lower rate, and very few might not paycashback at all if used along with a coupon. These terms are clearly stated onthe individual retailer pages on the Cashbenzo.com site so please ensure youcheck before transacting.

 

What does Pending Earnings mean?

Pending Earnings are those that we have tracked as valid transactionsand have been acknowledged by retailers. However, since they are still withinthe Return or Cancellation period they cannot be paid out to you yet. 

Lets take an example. You make a purchase fromJabong.com for Rs. 500. Within 1-3 days you shall receive an email from usacknowledging that you have Pending Earnings of Rs. 55 (at 11% cashback rate). 

Now once the cancellation/return period is over,Jabong.com shall confirm this to us and pay us in the next monthly paymentcycle. We shall then move Rs. 55 to your Confirmed Earnings. 

However, if your plans changed and you had tocancel your order, the transaction is cancelled and the cashback is removedfrom your Pending Earnings

 

What does Approved Earnings mean?

Approved Earnings are those that have been approved as valid sales fromretailers. When you collect a minimum of Rs. 250 in 'Confirmed' cashback we canpay the money to your Indian bank account by NEFT (for free) or by transfer toany of your e wallet account on Paytm, Mobikwik and Freecharge.

 

From the time I do a transaction, how long does ittake to actually get my cashback?

This varies between retailers and the type of purchase. Normally afteryou do the transaction you would get an email from us within 4-72 hours statingthe cashback due to you. This is called 'Pending' cashback. Once the returnperiod of your product/s is over/travel is completed, the retailer knows thatthe sale was genuine, and then pays us in the next monthly payment cycle. Thestatus of this transaction shall then automatically move to 'Confimed'. Fromthe time of your purchase it could take between 1-4 months for your cashback toget approved.

 

Where do I see my cashback earnings?

Once logged in, you can alwayssee your headline cashback earnings in the top right navigation bar. You canclick on 'My cashback' to see details of all cashback earned. This is alsovisible on the dashboard after you sign-in to your account.

 

Can I visit the retailer directly, and just sendyou a receipt to get my cashback?

Unfortunately not! In order to earn cashback, you MUST visit theretailer via Cashbenzo.com site. This way the retailer can track that we gotthem this sale, and we would receive a commission from them. We pay youcashback from this. If you went to the retailer directly, then we will not beable to claim any commission and pay any cashback to you.

Where does cashback come from?

When you shop at retailers via us, retailers pay us a referral fee.Rather than keep this referral fee, we pass some amount of it to you ascashback. This referral fee comes from the retailers advertising and customeracquisition budgets.

 

The retailer link is not working. What can I do?

Firstly, please try opening the retailer link in another browser, or ifpossible another computer too. To ensure that the problem you have is not beingcaused by your own settings, please follow these simple steps:

Do not search a comparison site whilstcompleting a Cashbenzo.com purchase - again there is a danger that thecommission/cashback might accrue to the comparison site instead 

Completing the purchase online: Cashbenzo.comonly works online. So if you buy something over the telephone or in-store,unfortunately Cashbenzo.com terms wont apply

Voucher and gift codes - To get cashback via Cashbenzo.complease only use voucher codes supplied by Cashbenzo.com. Using vouchers notsupplied by Cashbenzo.com may result in another party being credited with yourcashback

Why are some stores available in multiplecategories?

Our team visits every store before assigning them to differentcategories. There are many stores (almost 60%) who do business is multipleareas e.g. Flipkart. You can get everything from books, stationery, clothing toelectronic products at Flipkart. Therefore, Flipkart would show in multiplecategories.

Missing Cashback

I did a purchase but have not received any cashbackemail for it. What can I do?

If your purchase was done less than 3 days ago, please wait a littlelonger. It usually takes between 4 - 72 hours for retailers to track sales, soyou could still receive your cashback email automatically. 

However, If your purchase was done over 3 daysago, please submit a missingcashback ticket within 10 days from the date of transaction. Any Missing CashbackClaims will not be accepted after 10 days. Sometimes, though rare, retailers failto track a transaction on their end. After we receive transaction details fromyou, we can follow this up with the retailer, and endeavour to get your missingcashback. 

When youlog in to Cashbenzo.com website, in the top right navigation bar you see your name along with the cashback you have earned, click on it. Then click on My Cashback. After this click on third tab Report Missing Cashback. Here you can report the missing cashbacks by providing the all required details. To view your existing requests and their status, click on the red button which says "Missing Cashback"

To ensure we get your money back to you, pleasehelp us with all the information as requested in the steps. You can follow theprogress of your enquiry from this Cashbacktickets page itself and evensend us a message about the enquiry by clicking on the 'View details' link nextto each enquiry.

 

Why do I need to wait 3 days after my transactionbefore I can submit a cashback query?

It can sometimes take up to 3 days for a merchant to track atransaction. Hence merchants suggest that they should not receive any missingticket before the end of this period.

 

When adding a new cashback enquiry, why do I notsee a certain retailer amongst my exit clicks list?

Our sophisticated system tracks every time you click out from ourwebsite to any of our partner retailers. If you do not see a retailer in theexit click dropdown then you have not visited the retailer via our website.Perhaps you forgot to sign in when you visited a retailer, in which case againthe visit will not show in your exit click list.

 

What information do I need to submit for a cashbackticket?

In order to submit a ticket, you need: retailer name, date and time ofthe transaction, transaction amount, order or transaction reference, and anyother details that would help the retailer to track your transaction.

 

What do the various status for my cashbackenquiries mean?

You can track the status of your cashback query by clicking on Missing Cashback? option from your Cashbenzo.com MyAccount page. The different status mean:

1. Received: This means we have received your query and have passed on theinformation to the retailer. We are currently awaiting a response from them

2. Resolved: Your cashback query has been resolved and you can see your updatedcashback under My Earnings

3. Denied: The merchant has unfortunately refused your cashback queryand has decided that the sale does not qualify for cashback, as per their Termsand Conditions on our website. 

Unfortunately the retailer's decision is finaland we will not be able to reverse it. Remember our incentives are alwaysaligned with yours, so we would have done our best to get your cashbackapproved.

 

How do I enquire about the status of my cashbackquery?

When you log in to Cashbenzo.comwebsite, in the top right navigation bar you see 'My Account', click on it.Then click on MissingCashback?. Here you can see the status of all your existing cashbackenquiries. For each ticket, you can click on View to see any comments from the supportteam. You can also use this to reach out to us.

 

How long does it take to resolve cashbackenquiries?

Cashback enquiries can take between 1 week to 3 months to resolve. Restassured we will try our level best to resolve your missing cashback query assoon as possible. Remember our incentives are aligned with yours, and we onlyearn when you get paid a cashback.

 

What are the reasons for a cashback to not track ortrack incorrectly?

When you visit a retailer via our website, our systems can track thatvisit and record an 'exit click'. Thereafter, if you don't get an email from usabout your cashback it is likely that somehow the retailer has missed thetransaction. In these cases we will chase the retailer and do our best to getyou your missing cashback. Please note that sometimes cashback is not paid onVAT and delivery amounts. Therefore, if you think your cashback tracked at awrong number then this could be one of the reasons. 

In some cases the retailer may decline yourcashback, such as: 

The purchase was returned, cancelled or theorder amended.

The purchase was not completed wholly online.

Another referrer has been awarded the cashbackcommission (e.g. a price comparison site).

You did not comply with the terms and conditionslisted on our website and/or the retailer's.

A voucher code or gift code not authorized byour website was used.

The retailer has ceased trading or has gone intoadministration.

Cookies were disabled and hence the trackingcould not be completed.

Generally, sticking to the terms and conditionsprovided on our retailer page and ensuring you follow the recommended processwill minimize the risk of anything going wrong.

 

What happens if my cashback query is denied?

The retailer holds sole discretion in determining the validity of thecashback query. While our Collections team shall try our best to resolve yourcashback query favourably, in some cases your cashback may be declined. Pleasehelp us get your transaction approved from the retailer by providing allrelevant proofs of purchase. Unfortunately, once a retailer has made a decisionit is final.

 

Payment of Cashback

What is your payment policy? Are there anyrestrictions or charges?

Cashback can be paid to you as per the below terms:

Only ConfirmedCashback can be paid. PendingCashback cannot be paid till its status has been updated as ‘Confirmed’ by the retailers.

When you have earned a minimum of Rs.250 asConfirmed Cashback, we can pay the money to your Indian bank account via NEFT(for free) or as Amazon / Flipkart Gift Vouchers.

Depending on your bank, this payment shouldreach your account within 6-8 business days for payments via NEFT. In case ofGift Vouchers, you should receive your vouchers via email within 6-8 businessdays at maximum.

 

How do I request payment of my cashback?

When you have earned a minimum of Rs.250 as Confirmed Cashback, we canpay the money to your Indian bank account via NEFT (for free) or by transfer toany of your e wallet account on Paytm, Mobikwik and Freecharge. 

To request payment, login to your Cashbenzoaccount. Under ‘My Account’ on top right corner of the navigationbar, click on ‘My Earnings’.Here you can fill in your Indian bank account details that you want us to paythe Cashback to.

Payments are made every week on Monday. Allpayment requests made by Friday 2 p.m. IST would be paid on the followingMonday. Depending on your bank, this payment should reach your account within6-8 business days. In case of transfer to ewallet account, you should receive theamount in your ewallet account within 6-8 business days at maximum. 

Please note that only Cashback with ‘Confirmed’ status can be paid. Until we receivepayment from retailers, Cashback remains as ‘Pending’ and cannot be paid to you.

 

How long does it take to receive cashback via NEFT?

Payments are made every week on Monday. All payment requests made byFriday 2 p.m. IST would be paid on the following Monday. Depending on yourbank, this payment should reach your account within 6-8 business days.

 

I live outside India. How do I get my cashbackpaid?

For us to pay your cashback, you need to have an Indian bank account oran ewallet account with Paytm, Mobikwik or Freecharge. Your present locationdoes not affect this till the time you have an Indian bank account.

 

How do I change my payment settings?

When you login to your Cashbenzo.comaccount, you can see My Account option on top right navigation bar. Click on Settings. There, please select Payment Settings.Here you can enter & amend your Indian bank account details that you wantus to pay the cashback to. Note that you will need to enter your Cashbenzo.compassword to confirm these changes.

 

Does cash sitting in my account expire?

Absolutely not! This is your money and we of course want to pay it toyou. So even if you have gaps in your usage, the cashback account does notexpire. Once you have a minimum of Rs. 250 as 'Confirmed' cashback, we can paythe money to your Indian bank account details. You need a minimum of Rs. 250 as'Confirmed' cashback for each payment request.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, loginto your Cashbenzo.com account. On the top right navigation bar you can see alink for 'My Account'. Click on Settings, then select change password. You canchange your password on that page and press 'Save Changes'.

 

I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

Click on the sign-in button. On the log-in page you will see a buttonlabelled 'Forgotten your password?' Just click on this and follow theinstructions and we will send you an email telling you how to reset yourpassword. An email should be with you within a maximum of an hour.Occasionally, the email may arrive in your 'junk/spam' folder. Please ensurethat you click on the link in the most recent email in order to reset yourpassword.

 

Why do I receive emails showing my trackedtransactions?
